TBI Seminar Registration Information
It is easier to ensure that you receive proper compensation for attending a TBI seminar if you provide this information when you register:
- Name
- Title/Position
- Agency/District
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Purchase Order number (if Agency/District is paying)
- Prefer Professional Development Units (PDU) or Continuing Education Units (CEU)
- CEU available for a $25 processing fee, only if the training is at least 10 hours long
- Please check with your governing body to determine which credit is right for you
TBI Team members must also indicate if they will need lodging the night before or during the seminar.
